Expression of Interest: Rewiring works

ANCHO is a Registered Social Landlord with charitable status based in Irvine.  

As part of our overall Asset Management approach, we wish to procure the services of an experienced contractor to undertake a programme of domestic dwelling rewires within our stock.  

At present the number for rewire is 88 properties which are a mix of flatted and cottage type accommodation.

At this stage we are seeking notes of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors.

Key requirements are:

1. Recent first hand experience of successfully delivering re-wiring projects of a similar scale and size for RSL’s (NOTE : examples will require to be provided and references maybe taken up by ANCHO).
   
2. A track record of excellent tenant and client liaison.
