Frequently asked questions
Where do you have housing?
We primarily have homes in North Ayrshire. You can apply for a house here. How long will it take to get a home?
There’s not one answer for this, unfortunately. It depends on things like the number of ‘points’ you have after your application is assessed and what the demand for homes is like. But we’ll do everything we can to find the right home in the right area for you. If you need more information on the application process and what happens next, please just get in touch. I'm homeless, can i have a house?
Yes, but you must be assessed as homeless through your local council first. Do you offer temporary accommodation?
Unfortunately not. But if you contact your local authority they'll be able to tell you how you can find temporary accommodation in your area. I've been offered housing with you. What should i do?
We know that being offered a tenancy is exciting and that you will have a lot to think about and consider. Our Offer of Housing leaflet sets out some things we think you should know and reflect on before accepting or rejecting an offer. |
