Coronavirus

We would like to reassure our tenants and other service users that we are doing everything we can to reduce the impact of coronavirus on our ability to deliver services. We are working hard to ensure the critical and essential services that make a difference to communities every day continue to operate. 

Since Scotland moved beyond level 0 earlier this month, we have removed our detailed service level route map from the website.

What restrictions remain in place?

While most of our staff continue to work from home, our preference is to carry out communications with you digitally or over the phone.
Where that is not possible, we can arrange a face-to-face meeting with you. If that meeting is held indoors, either in your home or at a Cairn office, we require you to wear a face covering, unless you are exempt, and to practice social distancing.

All repairs and maintenance will be carried out as usual. Our contractors will always wear a face covering while in your home.

How can I contact ANCHO?

We have reduced our contact centre opening hours to 9.00 am – 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Emergency repairs can be reported  on the same number 24/7. The contact centre will close at 12:30pm on the first Wednesday of every month for staff training.  Other office closures and public holidays are noted below.

How do I pay my rent?

Payments can be made online, by phone and at your local Paypoint and Post Office.
