Management Board

Our Management Board is made up of up to 15 interested people who agree the policies of ANCHO and our long term direction and objectives. They are unpaid voluntary members and meet monthly for two hours in the evening.

ANCHO's Board is made up of tenants, business people and people from the local community. All members can apply to be on the Board.  The senior staff are employed by the Board to run ANCHO's day to day business and provide professional input and direction for the Board. It is the staff who deal with all day to day matters and put into place objectives and plans for the year ahead.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is where the Board members are elected. It is also an opportunity for all members to receive the Annual Accounts and hear an update on events over the course of the year.

The AGM is held in August each year.  Currently there are vacancies for Board Members. If you are an ANCHO Member you are eligible to join our Board now.  We are very keen to ensure that all places are filled. If you would like to find out more information about what it means to be a Board Member, contact our Director, Elaine Gibson at our office. She can provide you with any information you need and can also arrange for you to speak to an existing Board Member.

Our mission is to create neighbourhoods where people want to live
