We aim to keep the home you rent in the best possible condition for you. We do this by offering a day-to-day repairs service, carrying out certain safety checks and investing in your home.

When you become an ANCHO tenant, you sign an agreement which sets out your and our responsibilities and rights. You can find out more in our ‘Being a Good Tenant’ leaflet, including some activities you may need our permission for. Some of these are covered by separate leaflets, including ‘Alterations and Improvements’, ‘Assignation of Tenancy’, ‘Sub-letting’ and ‘Taking in a Lodger’.
