    How to report a repair

    Online
    The easiest way to report a non urgent repair is by using our online tool below:
    If you need to report an urgent repair outside normal office hours, contact 03030 300 999 you will be put through to the out of hours staff.

    By phone
    During office hours telephone 03030 300 999  (freephone)

    By Letter
    Write to us with details of your repair request giving suitable times for access and if possible, a contact telephone number.

    By  E-mail
    E-mail us (repairs@ancho.co.uk) details of a repair request, giving suitable times for access and if possible, a contact  telephone number.

    Report a repair online

    Please give as much information as you can - it will help us deal with your repair as efficiently as possible. If you are reporting a repair on behalf of someone else, please indicate this with the choices at the top of the form and provide your name and telephone number. The address details should always be for the property where the repair is required.
