The Board of Management comprise up to 15 persons who agree the policies of the Association and the long term direction and objectives. They are unpaid voluntary members and meet monthly for two hours in the evening. ![]() The senior staff are employed by the Board to run the Association on a day to day basis and provide professional input and direction for the Board. It is the staff who deal with all day to day matters and put into place objectives and plans for the year ahead. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is where the Board members are re-elected if they are required to stand down. It is also an opportunity for all members to receive the Annual Accounts and hear an update on events over the course of the year. The AGM will be held in August and follows from this years very successful meeting where the membership heard presentations from the Director, the Auditor and a guest speakers. At next years AGM, there will be vacancies for Board Members. If you are an ANCHO Member you are eligible to stand for election to our Board. We are very keen to ensure that all places are filled.
